Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at safarlondon2018@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
We may request clear photos of the item and packaging to help assess the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as personalised items), clothing and personal care goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your item for a refund (if eligible), and then place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it can take time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Return shipping & responsibility
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Items returned in a not-new condition (including signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging) may be subject to a partial refund to reflect any loss in value.
Free delivery orders
Where an order qualified for free delivery as part of a promotion, this benefit is based on the full order value being kept.
If part of an order is returned and the remaining items no longer meet the threshold for free delivery, we may deduct the original standard delivery cost from the refund where permitted under applicable consumer law.
Jewellery & Tasbih bracelets
All jewellery is carefully inspected before dispatch.
Our tasbih bracelets are handmade using durable natural gemstones, metal plated beads and chain and waxed thread materials. Waxed thread naturally wear over time and may stretch or weaken with repeated use.
We do not cover:
- accidental damage
- misuse or rough handling
- overstretching or pulling
- water, perfume, or chemical damage
- normal wear and tear
If a manufacturing defect is identified within 30 days of delivery, we will assess the item and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returned items must be in original condition. If items are returned used, damaged, or not in resalable condition, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the reduced value.
