UK DELIVERY

We at Safar London aim to deliver your item to you within 7 working days of receiving payment.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Delivery Service and usually takes 1-3 business days. We try to keep all delivery prices as low as possible so that we can offer our products at the best price possible.
Unless instructed otherwise we can arrange signed for delivery service allowing all items to be tracked for your peace of mind at an extra charge.

If you require an urgent delivery service please do get in touch. Please note that during our busier period’s delivery may take longer than the stated 7 working days.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently only deliver to UK nationwide and do not offer a international delivery service. However we can arrange this on request, please get in touch for a quote.


RETURNS

We gladly accept returns;
Contact us within: 2 days of delivery
Return items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale
Items that are sold as Seconds

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If there is a manufacturing defect please contact us via our E-mail address or Instagram DM within 10 days of receiving the product.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Orders are processed promptly, and changes to delivery details cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Requests to amend a shipping address must be made immediately after purchase. While every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, the company cannot guarantee that changes will be applied prior to dispatch.

Where an order has been dispatched to the address originally provided, the company cannot accept responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the company can arrange redelivery once the correct details are confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order this must be done within 2 days of placing the order. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
